Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending a Westend Business Hub event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All registrations are confirmed upon successful booking. Tickets are issued for individual use only and are not transferable unless prior written approval is provided by Westend Business Hub.

Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to the event date.
Cancellations received after this period, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

If a registered attendee does not attend the event without prior cancellation, they will be ineligible to attend future Westend Business Hub events. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, resource planning, and respect for facilitators, venues, and other attendees.

Please note that the event venue does not provide accessibility access. Attendees are responsible for assessing whether the venue meets their individual needs prior to registering.

Westend Business Hub reserves the right to amend event details, including date, time, location, or facilitator, where necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Westend Business Hub reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
