In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, membership benefits and privileges are only available to those who have completed and submitted the online membership application form. Upon successful enrollment, you will officially become a member and be granted access to all the associated benefits.
To ensure accurate records, it is essential that you inform your designated location manager of any changes to your member list, such as additions or removals. Any modifications require a signed application form to be submitted for our records.
This agreement specifies the designated number of members allowed access to our facilities. Exceeding this agreed-upon number will require the purchase of additional day passes to ensure there is adequate space for all members.
Finally, it is important to note that membership agreements are not transferable. These agreements are exclusive to the enrolling party and their designated team members.

Membership Fees
Your membership begins with an initial invoice that includes the membership fee.
Invoices are due on the first of each month and can be paid using the methods listed on the invoice or via bank transfer or selected payment gateways.
The membership fee covers services for the number of employees you agreed upon at signup. If you have additional members who need access, you’ll need to purchase day passes for them.
Membership rates are subject to change, but you’ll be notified in advance and have the opportunity to discuss the new terms before they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you can terminate your membership with proper notice.
Similarly, any discounts offered on memberships may have a limited term. If you terminate your membership early, you may be responsible for retroactive charges to cover the full cost of the discounted period.
The person receiving the invoices will be listed on the membership agreement form. If you need to change the invoice recipient, you’ll need to provide written notification to your location manager.
