About the Workshop
Westend Business Hub is proud to launch its first-ever business owner workshop, and we could not be more excited to bring this to the community.
Track What Matters is a practical, no-fluff session designed to help business owners cut through complexity and focus on the numbers that actually drive performance. This is not about spreadsheets for the sake of it. It is about clarity, confidence, and control.
In just one hour, you will learn a simple business performance system that helps you quickly understand where your business stands and what needs attention now, not six months too late.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is ideal for:
- Small to medium business owners
- Entrepreneurs who feel busy but unsure if the business is truly on track
- Founders who want better visibility without drowning in data
- Service-based and retail business owners looking to make smarter decisions
If you have ever said, “I feel like we’re doing okay, but I’m not sure,” this session is for you.
What You Will Learn
By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with:
- A clear understanding of the key numbers every business owner must track
- How to tell if your business is winning, drifting, or heading for trouble
- A simple system to review performance regularly without overwhelm
- Practical insights you can apply immediately, regardless of business size
No jargon. No complex frameworks. Just what matters.
