CONTINUITY PLANNING:
HOW TO BE AN INNOVATIVE, RESILIENT BUSINESS
From Reactive to Resilient:
“The businesses that outlast disruption aren’t lucky they’re prepared. In this session, you’ll move from reactive to resilient: with a clear plan for your people, your systems, and your finances, so the next curveball doesn’t become a crisis.“
About the Workshop
Westend Business Hub is proud to present this practical, no-fluff session on business continuity and resilience built specifically for business owners across the Wyndham region.
Whether you’re running a trade business in Hoppers Crossing, a health practice in Point Cook, a retail store in Tarneit, or a startup in Werribee disruption doesn’t care how busy you are. A key person goes down, a supplier falls through, a cyber incident hits, or cash dries up faster than expected. Most businesses aren’t ready.
This session changes that. In just one hour, you’ll walk away with a simple, practical continuity plan and the confidence to lead your business through whatever comes next.
