I needed a meeting room for an important WebEx, it has to be a professional setting and super fast internet, if that's what you need this is definitely the best place to go. The host was a pleasure as was everyone I talked to while there. The meeting room was spacious and clean with I white board with everything needed. Post it notes and notepads and a big tv with all the connections and cords, so you can plug a laptop into it. Toilet facilities were ample and Clean and free coffee and tea and also bottle water was supplied. I booked it for a whole day 9am till 5pm and it was very cheap. Thank you so much.

Where is the meeting room located?

Level 1, 44 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030. Enter via the door on Watton Street between Cash Converters and Dubai Jewellery, then head up the stairs. Reception is at the top on your left.

How many people does the room hold?

The meeting room comfortably seats up to 10 people around the oval conference table. For larger groups or events, contact us about our event space options.

What is included in the hire fee?

High-speed Wi-Fi, large TV with HDMI, projector and screen, whiteboard and markers, seating for up to 10, air conditioning, power outlets, tea and coffee, and kitchen access. Everything is included in the hourly rate with no extras.

Can I bring my own food or arrange catering?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks or arrange external catering. There are also many cafes and takeaway options within a short walk along Watton Street.

Is parking available?

Yes. 2-hour free street parking on Watton Street. 3-hour free parking behind the hub near Comben Drive. Holiday Inn offers 3-hour free and full-day parking for approximately $5. 24-hour free parking near Bridge Hotel, about 5 minutes walk.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations with 3 or more Business Days notice receive a credit or reschedule with a AU$25 admin fee. Cancellations within 3 Business Days forfeit the full booking fee. All cancellations must be submitted by email.

Is the room wheelchair accessible?

Not at this time. The hub is on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only. If accessibility is important for your session, please contact us before booking.

Do I need to be a member to book?

No. The meeting room is open to everyone. Members on Flexi, Hot Desk, and Dedicated Desk plans receive included meeting room hours each month as part of their membership.
