Westend Business Hub
Werribee’s home for flexible coworking, connection, and business growth across Melbourne’s west.
Westend Business Hub is a coworking space and business community based at Level 1, 44 Watton Street, Werribee. We support solo professionals, freelancers, start-ups, and small business owners across Werribee, Point Cook, Tarneit, and Wyndham Vale, giving the Wyndham corridor a genuine alternative to long commutes into the Melbourne CBD.
We are more than a room with desks. We are a working community where people build businesses alongside other people doing the same thing, with the flexibility to scale up or down as their needs change.
Why Westend Business Hub Was Founded
Westend Business Hub was founded by Imran Abul Kashem, a Werribee based serial entrepreneur who saw a gap in his own backyard. Talented professionals and small business owners across Wyndham were either working in isolation from home or travelling well over an hour into the city just to find a proper place to work, meet clients, and grow.
Imran built Westend Business Hub to close that gap. The idea was simple. Give Wyndham’s business community a professional, well designed space of its own, close to home, without the overheads or the commute, and back it with the kind of support that helps a business actually grow, not just find a desk.
Westend Business Hub now sits at the centre of a wider ecosystem of sister businesses Imran has built in Werribee, including Westend Digital, Westend Photography, Westend Podcast, and Wyndham Entrepreneur Connect. Members get more than a workspace. They get access to branding, digital strategy, professional photography, and podcast production, all from local businesses just steps away.

Westend Business Hub has been proudly nominated for the Wyndham Business Awards, recognising our contribution to local business growth, community impact, and the professional standard of our workspace and service. Finalist of Small Business Champion Awards in 2024 and 2025 and Local Business Awards in 2025. For this contribution for Wyndham Business Community and Wyndham Community, he was awarded the ‘Local Hero’ Award by Joanne Ryan MP and he was finalist of Business Person of the Year of Wyndham Business Awards in 2024.

Started in a garage in 2013, Westend Photography now runs out of a studio in the heart of Werribee City Centre. Over 40 combined years behind the camera, the team has shot headshots and brand imagery for more than 300 companies and 5,000 individuals across Melbourne’s west.

A fully-equipped audio and video studio inside the Business Hub, built for anyone who wants to sound and look as professional as they think. Packages start at $80/hour for audio, with multi-camera video, live producer support, and post-production editing available on top.
It’s also home base for My Migrant Soul, Imran’s own podcast, real conversations with migrants rebuilding their lives, recorded in the same studio he rents out to everyone else.

Wyndham Entrepreneur Connect runs on one rule: no pitching. Monthly events are built around five things: Connection, Cultivation, Collaboration, Community, Celebration, and roughly half of every room is people attending for the first time, so nobody’s the only stranger there.

Imran’s newest venture, co-founded with award-winning cinematographer Jake Simkin. No Wukkas handles branding shoots, video, podcasts, and social media strategy for entrepreneurs, musicians, and small businesses who want their online presence to match what they’re actually capable of. Between them, the two founders bring 40+ years of experience and 500+ completed projects.

Founded in 2018 after Imran noticed a gap: businesses were paying for professional photography, then putting it on websites that didn’t match the quality. Westend Digital closed that gap now a 50-person agency that’s generated $120M+ in revenue for clients, at an average 4.8x return on ad spend, with 98% client retention.
It’s also the only agency in Melbourne’s west with its own in-house photography studio and podcast production facility, since Westend Photography and Westend Podcast are both sister companies.
